What do we do about the 12 million illegal immigrants already here? Apologizing for their poor welcome is a start.

    Hi, David!

I just joined your Objectivism forum yesterday and found my way to your website. With regards to immigration, what is your opion of the following clip? I found it very interesting and a little scary.

I am torn on the immigration debate. Being from Houston, TX, I am very familiar with the problems associated with it, but I’ve also had many nice friends and neighbors who were illegals. They were good family people and productive members of society.

I suppose my main issue with illegal immigration is the burden to taxpayers, but if we were unburdened my taxes, I guess immigration wouldn’t be the problem it is?
